In the present work, a pre-feasibility study was carried out for the installation of a powdered instant beverage production plant based on ginger, orange and prickly pear, with the objective of determining the technical, economic and social viability of the installation of the plant. With this, it will be sought that consumers can strengthen their immune system through the vitamin C content of the product. It was determined that the target market will be people from Metropolitan Lima of socioeconomic levels A and B from 15 to 65 years old, who eat a healthy diet. In addition, the annual demand of the project for the last year was calculated, which is 115 793 boxes of 30 trilaminate envelopes. It was established that the plant would be located in Lurín, Lima. Likewise, it was defined that the size of the plant will be limited by the size-market. It was calculated that eight operators will be needed, the annual production plan, the raw material requirement and the plan with a total area of 416m². It was verified that the project will be profitable and viable. This is due to the economic evaluation, a VAN of 539 655,83 soles, an IRR of 28,33% and a benefit-cost ratio of 1,46. In addition, the financial evaluation was carried out, obtaining a VAN of 505 502,03 soles, an IRR of 43,65% and a benefit-cost ratio of 2,07. The social contribution of the investment project was measured through social indicators such as added value, capital density, capital intensity, and the product-capital ratio. The results were, respectively, 5 774 906,48 soles, 61 900,77 soles/person, 20,4% of added value on raw materials with respect to the total investment, and that the project presents an added value of 4,91 times the total investment.
