Throughout the seven chapters of this research, the analysis of different aspects is carried out to determine the viability of the implementation of a plant that produces the Amazonian seasoning called Misto. This study was motivated by growth and new trends in the consumption or preparation of healthy meals or products without much content of chemicals, preservatives among others. The product shown is basically made from turmeric, a root that is mostly abundant in the Peruvian jungle that contains properties that benefit health - phenolic compounds present in its rhizome (the stem of turmeric grows horizontally) such as curcuminoids that have medicinal properties for cancer treatment for example. Salt, garlic, lard are also added - these last ingredients help in its conservation for a long time. Other varieties can be found in the geographical area where they add cumin, oregano, among other spices. In the macro-location study, it was decided that Pasco would be the department to locate the company and Oxapampa would be the chosen micro-location. The size of the plant would be determined by the market, this being 111.2 tons / year, which will require a plant capacity of 113.5 tons / year that will require 8 machines and 7 operators. The production program for the year 2025 is according to the demand for that year and the total area of the plant will be approximately 986 m2. The total investment of the project will be S / 881 179.91 which considers tangible and intangible assets with a working capital of S / 266 293.79 Finally, the financial evaluation showed a NPV of S / 660 920.22 with an IRR of 95.09% and a recovery period of 3.34 years, which means that the project is profitable, viable and sustainable.
