This paper aims to propose an econometric model that evaluates the impact on Peru's Economic Growth due to the Increases in the Minimum Vital Remuneration and Public Expenditure on Education as Policy Instruments during the period between 2005 and 2018. For this, A dynamic panel data model and a non-experimental longitudinal and trend design were proposed. The econometric model was determined to be statistically significant. The results help to determine the validity and explanatory degree of the Increases in RMV and Public Expenditure on Education as Policy Instruments. Likewise, the variables consumer price index and salaried employed population, explain and positively affect the economic growth of Peru. On the other hand, the variables Regional poverty and secondary education attendance rate explain and negatively affect Peru's economic growth.
