The main objective of this research is to "Determine the relationship of remote work with the work environment of human resources personnel at the EsSalud headquarters in Metropolitan Lima". Therefore, the following question was formed: ¿In what way is remote work related to the work environment of the human resources personnel of the central headquarters of EsSalud in Metropolitan Lima? based on this question, we sought to find the relationship between both variables make a total of eight specific hypotheses to determine this relationship. As scientific support for the research, a conceptual framework of the variables studied was taken, such as: remote work and work environment. Through scientifically validated scientific articles, the forms of implementation of remote work were dealt with, as well as the aspects and importance of the work environment. The study population consists of 200 workers from the human resources area of the Lima Metropolitan headquarters, of which a sample of 172 workers who performed the remote work modality was determined. Regarding the research methodology, a quantitative approach was applied since it was carried out through the collection of information and data, a numerical measurement and statistical analysis. In addition, a specific problem and a review of the literature are developed for the construction of a theoretical framework. In addition, a correlational scope and a non-experimental design were applied. Finally, the research findings show that remote work positively influences the development of the work environment of EsSalud staff in Metropolitan Lima, which provides important information in future decisions for the permanent implementation of this work modality and future studies in improvement of human resources administration.
