This work covers the pre-feasibility study for the installation of a plant for the production of solid shampoo based on vegan and eco-friendly ingredients. It seeks to demonstrate the market, technological, economic, financial and social feasibility of the project whose industrial plant will be located in Metropolitan Lima in the period 2023-2027. The market outlook is analyzed and a demand of 794 004 units is projected at the end of the project. Using the Factor Ranking method, the macro- and micro-location of the plant is determined, with the districts of Lima and Lurin being the best options. The break-even point for this project is 627 193 units, which is below demand, being the minimum size to demonstrate technical feasibility. The material balance indicates that the production at the end of the project is 795 027 units, maintaining a capacity of 1 080 265 units per year, and demonstrating the technical feasibility of the project. The plant layout, using Guerchet's method for calculating surface areas and the relational analysis of spaces, resulted in an area of 330m2 (15m x 22m) covering the operational and administrative areas. In the organizational analysis, the project has 25 employees, of which 7 are from the administrative staff, 15 from the production staff and 3 from the services staff. In the economic feasibility analysis, a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/396 711 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 26% were obtained. The NPV greater than 0 and the IRR greater than the COK demonstrate that the project is economically viable. The financial feasibility analysis obtains an NPV of S/471 944 and an IRR of 34%. The NPV greater than 0 and the IRR greater than the COK demonstrate that the project is financially viable.
