The present research work , poses the challenge to carry out the actions that lead to equity, efficiency and quality of all members in the financial discussions in the management of micro-credit schemes. The approaches that are presented have emerged from the observation of a concrete reality, and the discussion and analysis of it, helping to solve the problems presented with research. This work includes the fulfilment of the objectives: analyze the risks that exist in the address and its relation on the plans of microcredit from the non- governmental organizations. The achievements in the development of each specific objective lead to the fulfillment of the hypothesis of the research, arriving at the conclusion that indeed that proper management of the economic and financial sustainability, favorably relation the plans of microcredit of non-governmental organizations in the Peru; and whose analysis, allowed us to contrast the hypotheses of work with high degree of significance, reaching partial conclusions and end which are consistent with the specific assumptions and specific objectives and matching, responding to problems. This research work is applied type, quasi-experimental design, whose method is descriptive and the level, explanatory. The population formed the workers and technicians from 19 1591 NGO people in total, 1,253 employees and 388 technicians, who are engaged in this activity in Peru whose sample, using simple random sampling comes 179 who applied them a questionnaire, whose questions arise from the indicators and the results obtained.
