The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the quality of prenatal care service and the satisfaction of pregnant women attended at the Fortaleza Health Center in Ate Vitarte during 2024. The study, with a quantitative approach, cross-sectional design, and correlational level, applied the SERVQUAL questionnaire to a random sample of 160 users of the health center. Descriptive results showed that 87.5% of participants perceived the quality of service as high, while 61.9% rated their level of satisfaction as equally high. Hypothesis testing using Spearman's Rho coefficient revealed a significant relationship between the quality of care and user satisfaction (p < 0.05), with a moderate correlation (0.570). Additionally, a significant relationship was found between the dimensions of service quality and user satisfaction: reliability showed a moderate correlation (0.368), security had a low correlation (0.097), tangible elements had a moderate correlation (0.483), responsiveness had a low correlation (0.381), and empathy had a moderate correlation (0.425). In conclusion, a relationship is established between the quality of service and the satisfaction of users receiving prenatal care.
