Objective: The general objective of this study is to determine the knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding nutritional warning labeling of processed and ultra-processed food products in diabetic patients of a health facility, Lima 2024. Methodology: The research method corresponds to the inductive-deductive. The type of study is quantitative, not experimental. The research design is descriptive, cross-sectional, observational and prospective. The population corresponds to diabetic patients receiving treatment at the CMI Juan Pablo II, the sample corresponds to 100 patients. The technique is the survey, carried out through a questionnaire composed of 29 questions, including 12 on knowledge, 9 on attitudes and 8 on practices. Results: 30% of the respondents (n = 30) reached a high level of knowledge, while the majority, 57% (n =57), were classified at the medium level, and 13% (n = 13) at the intermediate level. low level. Regarding attitudes, the majority of participants, 68% (n = 68), showed favorable attitudes towards nutritional labeling, while 27% (n = 27) were indifferent and only 5% (n = 5), showed unfavorable attitudes. In relation to practices, the vast majority, 94% (n = 94), demonstrated adequate practices, while only 6% (n = 6) showed inadequate practices. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a medium level of knowledge, a favorable attitude and adequate practices regarding the nutritional warning labeling of processed and ultra-processed food products in diabetic patients of a health facility.
