Objective: Determine the relationship between the degree of cervical disability and anxiety disorder in patients with cervical pain at the Grupo Fisio Specialized Medical Center, period 2024. Materials and Methods: The research was of the Applied type, the sample was made up of 241 patients, the Cervical Disability Questionnaire (Neck Disability Index) and the Zung Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale (EAA) were used as instruments. Results: The group aged between 36 and 40 years represents 27.80% of the sample, the sample is represented by a slight majority of the male gender, with 51.04%, while 48.96% is made up of people of the female gender, the 27.39% do not have an obvious disability. 17.01% evidence a level of severe disability. 12.45% have a moderate disability. 11.62% suffer from a complete disability. 34.44% of patients are within normal limits. 31.12% of patients evidence the presence of moderate anxiety. 20.33% have moderate to severe anxiety. 14.1% have severe anxiety, the distribution of somatic symptoms of anxiety disorder. Firstly, there is the group that does not show anxiety. Conclusions: There is not enough evidence to affirm that the variable degree of cervical disability and the variable anxiety disorder are related to each other, there is not enough evidence to affirm that the variable degree of cervical disability and the somatic symptoms dimension of the anxiety disorder are related. among themselves, there is not enough evidence to affirm that the variable degree of cervical disability and the cognitive symptoms dimension of the anxiety disorder are related to each other.
