At the level of results, it was found, in the Endomarketing variable, the predominance of the medium level represented by 51.2% of collaborators, 36.6% evidenced the high level; and 12.2% a low level. Likewise, with respect to Work Climate, the high level predominates, represented by 48.8% of workers, 34.1% show a low level, and 17.1% show a medium level. Regarding the correlation between the dimensions of Endomarketing and the Work Climate, a highly significant correlation (p<.01) was found, where it is concluded that there is a highly significant correlation (p<.01), positive between the variables Endomarketing and Work Climate (rho =.669).
