The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the undetectable viral load and the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS treated at the Ascope Rosa Sánchez Santillán Provincial Hospital in the months of October and November 2020, through of a descriptive relationship-analytical design, in which the survey (WHOQOL-HV-BREF) was applied to 75 patients with HIV/AIDS of both sexes. The results found were: 56% of people with HIV/AIDS have an undetectable viral load, while 44% do not have an undetectable viral load. Additionally, 66.7% of patients have a regular quality of life, while 33.3% have a good one. Regarding the dimensions related to the quality of life, the following results were obtained: physical health 100% was good, psychological health 84% good, social relations 92% gave us regular, in environment and spirituality 100% in the same way, dependency 82.7% was regular. Concluding that the undetectable viral load is related to the quality of life in patients living with HIV / AIDS at the Rosa Sánchez Hospital in Santillán de Ascope in the months of October and November 2020
