The present investigation of descriptive type correlation and of transversal cut, was made to determine the relation between the factors of risk of osteoporosis and the quality of life in pre menopausic women. Two instruments were applied to 145 women, the first instrument: Questionnaire on osteoporosis risk factors, the second instrument Questionnaire on quality of life in pre-menopausal women. In non- modifiable risk factors, 46% have a family history of osteoporosis, 59.3% menstrual cycle refers irregular cycle. Modifiable risk factors, 60.0% do not practice physical exercise, sunbathing, 48.3% almost never perform thi s activity, nutritional habits, 50.4% include fish, chicken and red meats in their diet. In the quality of life, all the dimensions assessed qualify with poor quality of life. The Chi square test was applied (x2), the statistical decision of relationship was taken into account the value of p <0.05 at 95% confidence. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between osteoporosis risk factors and quality of life.
