In this investigation, we could update the table: First Estimate of Weight of Fesh Concrete, correlating with its nominal maximum size and air-included, using of the ACI method of mixing design. The purpose of updating this table is to determine the performance of the aggregates used in Trujillo district. In order to fulfill this main objective, the fine and coarse aggregate extracted from two quarries in Huanchaco district and El Milagro district were useful, as well as cement type MS (Pacasmayo Fortimax), so it is frequently used in Trujillo district, and finally carrying out the laboratory tests of the aggregates governed by the Peruvian technical standards and which are required for this investigation. With the data obtained from the laboratory, the concrete mixtures were designed using the method proposed by the ACI 211.1 committee, providing results in the estimates of the concrete according to the maximum nominal size, thus updating the table of the first density estimate of fresh concrete. Finally, we conclude that normal heavyweight of fresh concrete with aggregates extracted from the quarry of Huanchaco district and El Milagro district, which obtains a concrete with 5% lower density and 2% higher density respectively with respect to the first estimate of the density of the table proposed by the ACI 211.1 committee.
