The objective of this research work was to determine the social and cultural factors associated with the incidence of the high-risk Human Papillomavirus, Trujillo 2024, through a study with a quantitative approach, with a descriptive relationship design. The sample consisted of 122 medical records of women who underwent the HPV molecular test between the years 2023 - 2024, a data collection form was used as an instrument. The results found were that 69% of women between 30 and 49 years old who underwent the HPV molecular test are married, 76% have a secondary education degree, 40% are nulliparous, 91% began their sexual life in young stage, 36% had a sexual partner, 69% had some STI, 45% had more than 4 screenings in their entire life, 42% used barrier methods. In conclusion, it was determined that the only factor significantly associated with the incidence of high-risk Human Papillomavirus is the history of STI with a significance level of p < 0.05 according to the Chi Square test, with 19 cases being positive for HPV. per 100 sifted.
