This paper analyzes the external and internal situation of Enerjet S.A., a company focused on the manufacture of automotive batteries. In the context of the Peruvian market, it is a company marked by competition between battery brands of different ranges; and internally, its vertical integration allows it to manufacture and recycle batteries, ensuring quality control and sustainability. However, it faces a major challenge in the manual management of cash flow for its sales force, an inefficient process that involves the dedication of up to 10.5 hours per month in administrative tasks for each salesperson, which limits their time available for commercial activities. This situation translates into a loss of approximately S/ 287,100 per month in sales and an annual negative impact of S/ 3,445,200, in addition to additional internal treasury costs. To address this problem, three alternatives were proposed: redesign administrative processes to eliminate redundant tasks and standardize formats; implement software such as Rindegastos to digitalize expense reporting and optimize per diem approval; and train the sales force in digital skills and basic accounting, improving their efficiency in administrative tasks. In this sense, the second alternative was chosen because it is a solution that not only improves operational efficiency, freeing the sales force to focus on strategic and value-generating activities, but also minimizes errors and increases accuracy in financial control, strengthening the company's competitiveness and profitability.
