Currently, document processing systems in private and public companies are systems that store document information manually by means of data entry by the user, and also store scanned documents digitally. These systems are important to digitize the written information and to maintain the business processes that need the information of these documents. The proposal of this work is to have a document processing management system for corporate clients using artificial intelligence, using OpenAI services within Bitel, a telecommunications company. This system uses artificial intelligence to read and evaluate documents containing information about the company to be evaluated. Corporate customers submit these documents so that they can be evaluated and accepted as customers in order to provide them with the telecommunications products and services offered by the company. Angular is used for the web page where a user performs the document process. NestJS is also used for the back end that controls the logic of the system and it is here where there is an interface with OpenAI services. When using OpenAI, the document management is done with an assistant that uses multiple artificial intelligences that allow recording and evaluating the handwritten or printed information in a fast and error-free way instead of doing it manually. The managed information is stored in PostgreSQL. All system components are hosted with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
