PIL Perú S.A.C. is dedicated to the execution of projects in various areas, such as construction, consulting and infrastructure development. PIL Perú S.A.C. faces a problem related to sales management and competitiveness in an environment where competition is intense, and consumer preferences are constantly changing. At the microeconomic level, the company must differentiate itself from its competitors by innovating its projects and customizing services, as well as establishing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness. At the macroeconomic level, inflation and economic policies impact operating costs, which can affect prices and profit margins. Firstly, expanding into new markets is essential for increasing sales; investing in machinery and training the sales team can lead to better performance. Secondly, enhancing sales management through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will optimize customer follow-ups and personalize interactions, thereby boosting customer loyalty. Finally, implementing processes will improve communication between departments and help reduce costs, allowing for the development of strategies tailored to customer needs. Successful cases from companies in Ecuador and Colombia, discussed in the theoretical framework, offer valuable insights into sales optimization. The next steps for the Strategic Sales Plan (TSP) include conducting a diagnosis of the current sales situation, prioritizing team training and process implementation, and measuring the impact of these initiatives over a six-month period.
