This work presents the development of a vulnerability management dashboard designed to optimize the identification and prioritization of risks within the IT infrastructure of a construction sector company. The primary issue identified was the lack of a structured management system, which left the organization exposed to multiple cyber threats. To address this, a set of specialized tools was evaluated and integrated into the solution, with technologies such as Tableau, Tenable, and PostgreSQL chosen to ensure comprehensive management. A dashboard was subsequently designed to help security leaders focus on the most relevant metrics and take timely action. During the design process, a mockup was created based on client needs to highlight critical metrics for improving vulnerability detection and mitigation. Following the design phase, the solution was implemented to ensure effective and automated vulnerability management. The dashboard measures compliance with mitigation actions, response times, and the status of critical vulnerabilities, facilitating risk prioritization and enhancing efficiency. Satisfaction survey results demonstrated significant improvements in the accuracy, speed of identification, and handling of vulnerabilities compared to the previous manual process, as well as greater confidence in information security. This confirms that the developed dashboard is a key tool for strengthening cybersecurity and improving operational efficiency within the organization.
