In 2023, the Peruvian textile sector faced national and international challenges, having an impact n the competitiveness of companies such as Corporación Textil del Sur S.A.C. As a result, the company´s sales declined. The company´s industry share and customer loyalty were also affected. The objective of the study is to find the ideal alternative to improve its competitiveness in the face of these challenges. Focusing on improving the quality of the finished product, with better customer service and aligning with the Company pillars. The work focuses on the development of a case, analyzing and proposing solutions for the problem identified in Corporación Textil del Sur S.A.C. Regarding strategy management, Porter´s generic models were applied and dimensions proposed by other authors were considered to measure the effectiveness of a strategy. In addition, the background and perspectives of various authors for the proposed variables were examined. Finally, it was determined that the best alternative is to invest in the implementation of the Supply Chain Operations Model (SCOR) that allows us to simplify the administration and understanding by the company´s employees. This will be measured by the programmed non-financial indicators; First time Quality (FTQ), which measures the percentage of approved units within the company and the On Time In Full (OTIF) which measures the efficiency of logistics performance and evaluates the punctuality of the scheduled deliveries. This will benefit competitiveness in the medium and long term by increasing the costumer portfolio and will be reflected in the improvement of their sales, allowing them to face the changes in the textile industry.
