In recent years, businesses have greatly benefited from advancements in technological solutions for digital financial transactions, enhancing service quality and customer support, particularly in handling large volumes of information. Nevertheless, the absence of automated methods for managing data from various sources has underscored the critical need to balance data processing, extraction, and conversion, ensuring data integrity and reliability through the effective use of advanced technological resources. The objective of this Professional Proficiency Project is to integrate extensive volumes of information from multiple data sources through the development of an automated tool that incorporates essential security features, such as encryption, to ensure the secure processing and handling of sensitive data. This implementation successfully reduced operational processing times by significant margins, while substantially enhancing data security and privacy levels. Additionally, it enables a more accurate and in-depth analysis of information, which directly supports strategic decision-making that contributes to both business growth and operational efficiency. The proposed solution was rigorously tested across a range of diverse scenarios to ensure the fulfillment of all predefined functional and security requirements. Each feature was validated through comprehensive performance metrics, which confirmed both the effectiveness and the reliability of this technological solution, highlighting its value in real-world applications and underscoring its capacity to meet ongoing business needs.
