The ARIAD E.I.R.L. Comprehensive Pediatric Rehabilitation Center has been operating in the healthcare sector in Lima, Peru, for 16 years. It originally started in Carabayllo and, in 2021, opened a second location in San Borja. Currently, the center faces a low conversion rate of potential clients into patients at the San Borja location, leading to a decline in revenue and a heavy reliance on the Carabayllo site. To address this issue, three strategic objectives were proposed, along with three alternatives: implementing an automated tracking system (CRM) to optimize prospect management, partnering with schools to offer complementary pediatric rehabilitation services, and establishing continuous training programs for staff to improve engagement with prospects. After conducting a comparative evaluation, it was concluded that the most viable and cost-effective strategy is to develop marketing campaigns with CRM-based automated tracking to increase the conversion rate. This approach is expected to achieve the proposed objectives of improving client conversion, reducing operating costs, and enhancing the retention of medical staff.
