Other Titles: Nowadays, our society shows a high number of negative situations or attitudes, whether due to a low cultural, ethical or work level; this is the case of people who commit fraud or bad acts, while they are not being supervised. This bad behavior and/or action has been found in the different roles of the organization's organizational chart, which is mostly taken advantage of by employees who have been working longer; in addition, this increase in bad practices is not sanctioned or valued correctly. To solve this problem, the implementation of a preventive system was proposed, which provides important information to the fraud investigation team and in turn, helps the human resources team to reduce the rates of these bad practices. For the development of the preventive system, an analytical model was used with the support of artificial intelligence, which was fed with big data with various parameters to produce more precise results. After implementing the system, fraud and bad practices rates were reduced in different areas of the organization.

This paper focuses on the identification and analysis of strategic alternatives to improve the financial and operational management of Automiks, a company specialized in the repair and maintenance of high-end vehicles. The initial analysis identified that the company's main weaknesses are associated with inadequate cash flow management, limited control over accounts receivable and payable, and dependence on its own resources, which restricts its capacity for expansion. Based on this diagnosis, three alternatives were explored, with financial restructuring and cash flow optimization being the most viable alternative to solve the problems in the short term. This alternative contemplates the implementation of factoring to accelerate the recovery of accounts receivable, the renegotiation of terms with suppliers, and the revision of credit policies to reduce delinquency. Working capital optimization, although evaluated as a beneficial option, requires a greater investment in technology and a slower implementation. On the other hand, financial leverage was considered as a complementary option in the medium term, allowing the company to finance expansions and improve its productive capacity without affecting its operating cash flow. Finally, the analysis concludes that financial restructuring is the most appropriate solution to improve Automiks' financial stability, optimize its cash flow and strengthen its competitiveness in the automotive market.
