Cardiovascular issues represent a global challenge that affects individuals of all ages, potentially occurring suddenly and causing significant damage. Similarly, falls can lead to anything from minor to severe injuries, posing a considerable health risk. In the face of such events, immediate assistance is not always available. It is considered that the elderly should be the primary focus due to their greater propensity to suffer from either of these problems, given their advanced age. Therefore, this research project aims to address the issue of early detection and immediate notification of cardiovascular problems and falls, with the objective of finding effective solutions. The project involves the construction of a device capable of detecting cardiovascular issues and falls in the elderly. This project encompasses the design and implementation of a bracelet, a system, and a mobile application. For the development of the project, the use of diagrams is proposed to facilitate the understanding of the activities to be carried out. Additionally, the implementation and validation of a prototype that demonstrates the functionality of the device are proposed. Moreover, in line with the principles of the software engineering discipline, the costs involved and the quality attributes that the product and service must meet to be considered adequate and competitive in the current market are outlined. This document is divided into five chapters: Theoretical Framework, Project Design and Development, Project Validation and Results, Costs and Budgets, and Quality Attributes.
