The present study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Kidsmadehere's sales channels and propose strategic solutions for the opening of stores. It seeks to identify which channel, physical or digital, offers better performance in terms of sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in Lima. Quantitative and qualitative methods will be used, including customer surveys and in-depth interviews with employees to understand the brand's challenges and opportunities. Additionally, sales data and customer feedback will be analyzed to identify patterns and trends that guide strategic decision-making. The objective of this project is to expand the presence of “Kidsmadehere” in the Peruvian market by increasing the geographical coverage of physical stores in strategic locations, as well as expanding the digital channel, with the aim of increasing total sales and brand recognition over the next five years. In terms of financial objectives based on the plans, Kidsmadehere shows solid growth. The operating profit (EBIT) and operating cash flow show positive trends, reflecting efficient management and the ability to generate cash. The analysis of the Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) reinforces the feasibility of the presented project, with a significant NPV and a considerably high IRR, well above the cost of capital (COK). These indicators suggest that the project not only covers the capital cost but also generates substantial additional returns.
