The manufacturing sector has gained importance over the years due to its significant impact on the Peruvian economy. However, the most recurrent issue in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the industry is delays in order deliveries. As a result, it is necessary to conduct a study of the company "Belt’s Fashion," which has a delivery compliance index of 74.4%. This delay is caused by issues in the gluing area (6.20%), excessive products in reprocessing (57.14%), and machine downtimes (31.20%), with an economic impact of 9.06%, which translates to a monetary loss of S/104,594.36. For this reason, tools from the Lean Manufacturing philosophy were implemented, with the process lasting 5 months. The 5S methodology was applied to improve times in the sewing and labeling areas, resulting in a 27.78% improvement. The second tool implemented was Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), applied to the painting machine, which achieved a 98.81% availability rate. Lastly, Poka-Yoke was introduced to ensure the correct positioning of materials in the gluing area, leading to a 27.07% reduction in errors. The financial analysis indicates that the project is both profitable and viable for the company.
