The industry of the metalworking sector of Peru has had an economic increase in recent years, due to the high demand for products and also the service they can offer to various sectors such as manufacturing, mining, among others. This economic development has generated a modernization in the processes and implementation of advanced technologies and at the same time that it is sustainable so that there is an improvement in all aspects. In this context, this research will make a proposal to improve the level of service in the dispatch process. The present work makes a solution proposal implementing the Lean Warehousing methodology and applying the work standardization tools, Kanban and Poka Yoke. This has as main objective to increase the level of dispatch service since it has a technical gap of 14.37%. To carry out this work, first a collection of information and the collection of data provided by the company will be carried out, to understand the current situation of the warehouse and detect areas of improvement. The information collected will allow us to evaluate delivery times, inventory levels, economic aspects, among others. Then, the best method will be chosen according to the problems of the company to be able to address it and to be able to eet the objectives. Finally, a simulation test of the proposed model will be implemented, which lasted 42 days and resulted in an increase in the level of service to 87.50 %.
