The current study "Relationship between servant leadership and work effectiveness after the COVID-19 health crisis in the banks of Metropolitan Lima to 2023", investigates the relationship between servant leadership style and labor effectiveness of workers in the post-pandemic banking institutions of Metropolitan Lima. The design of the research is correlative, not experimental, transversal. To know the type of relationship of the variables studied, an analysis was made of a sample of 380 workers from the main banking institutions in Metropolitan Lima, applying Spearman’s Rho coefficient to know the relationship of the variables mentioned above. The results show a moderate positive relationship between service leadership and job effectiveness. In addition, the study highlights that workers perceive in their leaders the characteristics of server leadership at high levels. In turn, workers perceive themselves as satisfied and self-efficient workers, factors that seek to explain job effectiveness. We conclude by arguing that these findings highlight the role of leaders in a crisis situation; although the banking sector is known for the rigidity in its processes, This study shows that it is adapting to more agile processes considering that the leadership style presented is more transformative, oriented to human resources, promoting values and flexibility in processes.
