The consumption of alkaline water is increasingly increasing due to its antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. In this work, both the mechanical and control prototype of a monitoring and control module was made for the different stages and water variables in the production of alkaline water through electrolysis. The particularity of this prototype is in the additional control of the stage prior to alkalization, which is reverse osmosis filtering, since by being able to control the particles per million of the water flow with this process, a fixed value of ppm, also facilitating subsequent control, being that the prototype also develops a control for the pH control stage during the alkalization process, thus ensuring correct control of the variables involved, finally obtaining the models of both processes, in addition to a control proposal.
