The project seeks the systematization of the institution's critical operations, through the implementation of a comprehensive Information System, SISA. This system is presented as a solution designed to provide an optimal, available, complete and secure service to both internal and external users. The project scope covers a wide spectrum of carefully planned activities. In the first instance, detailed analyzes and designs will be carried out on the modules corresponding to the departments of Qualifications and Certifications, Health Inspection, Health and Safety, Regulations and Sanctions. These designs will lay the foundations for the subsequent construction and implementation of the Administration and Security, Qualifications and Certifications and an Interoperability Submodule. Each of these modules will be subjected to unit and comprehensive testing, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards. Once certified, it will be deployed in SANIPES production environments, accompanied by a training program for user personnel. This process will ensure a smooth transition and effective adoption of the new functionalities. The project also contemplates an in-depth review of the current computer architecture, in order to propose a new hybrid architecture that offers scalability, security, sustainability and high availability.
