Motivation is a vital component that allows the wheels of any organization to move, where leaders contribute to promoting it, since adequate leadership can unite efforts and provide correct guidance to employees in order to achieve organizational objectives. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to determine the influence of empowering leadership on the work motivation of Fintech employees in Metropolitan Lima in 2022. In this regard, for this research, a quantitative and causal scope approach was applied. explanatory, where through the use of the survey, as a data collection instrument, a non-experimental and transversal approach was used, a representative sample of 388 collaborators from the main companies in the Fintech sector was analyzed, said survey is composed of 34 questions of statements measured by Likert scale, the data were processed with the SPSS statistical program. The results show that empowering leadership is not independent of motivation, and that there is influence from empowering leadership on the motivation of fintech employees in Metropolitan Lima by 2022. That is, the model obtained an R2 of 0.4490, which indicates that 44.90% of the variance in motivation can be attributed to the quadratic effect of Empowering Leadership.
