Today, constant technological advances have encouraged different industries to adapt to a new digital context, such as the health sector, since processes such as the migration of face-to-face consultations to online medical consultations (CMO) will be digitized. That is why the purpose of this research work is to understand what factors could influence the use of CMOs provided by health providers. The study has considered the following variables: confidence, ease of use and perceived usefulness as possible predictors of the intention to continue using CMOs. The study will be carried out through a quantitative investigation with a correlational scope that will take a sample of 400 patients between men and women between the ages of 20 and 36 who reside in Metropolitan Lima and who have had at least one online medical consultation in the last year. The interpretation of the results will be carried out through the modeling of structural structures (PLS-SEM) and the SmartPLS 4 software.
