The present study is based on the research carried out by the authors called "Quality management model using TQM and GAP techniques to increase the productivity of MYPES producing Hass avocados in Lambayeque". The work of professional sufficiency begins from the collection of scientific supports by expert authors focused on the agricultural sector. In this way, it was possible to identify that the technical gap of the agricultural land presents a decrease in productivity of avocado production Hass having a total of 3.00 tons/hectares (ton/ha), because it is lower than the national average productivity in Lambayeque with 5.80 ton/ha. (Sistema Integrado de Estadística Agraria [SIEA], 2020). Therefore, we proceed to identify the main problem in the Micro and Small Enterprises (MYPES) producers of avocado Hass, worrying growers for their future crops. In this way, the present work will be carried out with one of the farming partners belonging to the Association. Therefore, a study analysis was performed to obtain the database, and of course to find the reasons with the highest percentage. In which, 03 main reasons were identified: fruits damaged by the presence of pests and pathogens, defective fruits with size and weight outside the quality standards and poorly healed plants. Finally, the main objective is to increase productivity by 35% for the agricultural partner through the PDCA cycle by implementing the model, providing continuous improvement and standardization of work based on the theory of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), which provides the maximum permissible limits decreed by SENASA in the agricultural sector.
