The project consists of a proposal of design of visual materials to improve the communication of the MAB Peru personalized tutoring program, which provides "One to One" classes to schoolchildren, with tutors trained to adapt to their needs and learning method, and focusing on the emotional aspect. It is assumed that, through the communication strategies provided, graphic design can strengthen the transmission of information about both the academic and emotional state of the student, thus favoring the positive parenting experience. The project is developed from an information and persuasive design approach, deepening the understanding of the context and needs of the parents and guardians. Due to this, documentary and ethnographic research methodologies were applied, combined with identity design, information design and persuasive design processes. The graphic proposals are made up of the unification of elements of the MAB Tutorials graphic line - color palette, typography, iconography and graphic elements - applied in the design of continuous report pieces, daily reports, tutor manual, identity card and code QR. The validations carried out, both with the Communications and Pedagogy leaders, and with parents participating in the services, indicate that the proposals meet the needs of the users, which results in a diverse, friendly and formal design. Therefore, it enhances the transmission of information to encourage positive parenting to parents or caregivers.
