The research topic focuses on document mobilization management in the pre-execution stage of beach house construction projects, specifically within construction companies. A process based on the Scrum methodology is proposed to address delays in this process without carrying out a full Scrum implementation. The primary issue addressed is the delay in document mobilization, which can significantly impact the project execution schedule for beach house projects. The central questions revolve around how to enhance document management in this stage and how to effectively adapt Scrum to tackle this problem. The research is grounded in prior knowledge of Scrum and its applicability in construction projects, along with previous studies demonstrating the benefits of agile methodology in project management. However, specific studies addressing document mobilization in this context have not been found. The significance of this research lies in the need to optimize document management to avoid delays in the execution of beach house projects. This can not only enhance the operational efficiency of construction companies but also satisfy clients by delivering projects on time. The adaptation of Scrum to this context represents a novel contribution, filling a gap in the existing literature. Research methods included surveys and focus groups to gather data and expert opinions in the field. The main findings suggest that adapting Scrum can be effective in improving document management in the pre-execution stage of construction. In summary, this research proposes an innovative approach to address the issue of document mobilization delays in beach house projects. The adaptation of Scrum without complete implementation, supported by validation through surveys and focus groups, offers a promising solution to enhance document management in construction companies and ultimately optimize the project execution timeline for beach house projects.
