The present work of professional sufficiency has the objective of analyzing and proposing alternatives to optimize the raw material supply chain, in order to reduce acquisition costs. In order to carry out this work, a qualitative research methodology was used, which involved in-depth interviews with the company's collaborators and a documentary review. These techniques were used with the purpose of gathering exhaustive data and understanding the problem in its entirety, which in turn facilitated the analysis and choice of the most appropriate alternative to address the challenges identified. The research findings revealed that the company has a significant dependence on suppliers located in Lima, which limits its ability to effectively manage wastage, improve quality and take full advantage of the physiological maturity of the fruit. These factors are critical to optimizing the supply chain and reducing raw material acquisition costs. In the present work, it has been concluded that the three proposed alternatives are viable and contribute to the optimization of the raw material supply chain. However, after an analysis, it has been determined that the implementation of a raw material collection center in the city of Pucallpa is considered the priority alternative, since it offers a more significant reduction in losses due to wastage, improves the quality of raw materials and has a greater impact on procurement costs.
