Peruvian State institutions, such as the Ministries, are divided into several areas, one of which is Information Technology, where specialized personnel provide assistance to various Executive Units to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and processes. However, this type of work is manual and gathering information on the performance of each employee is a time-consuming task. In addition, making detailed reports on the activities performed by employees becomes an equally demanding process, due to the need to manually transcribe data in physical format for the preparation of such reports, which involves considerable effort. Therefore, we propose a solution that allows to know the real location of each worker to perform monitoring quickly and effectively through a mobile application, in addition to managing the information of the attendances made with that application. It also includes the use of a web application that facilitates the visualization of the location of employees and the generation of reports based on the data collected through the mobile application and thus reduce the time of such activities.
