Currently, the demand for housing that exists in Peru and with the population growth that exists, the construction of multifamily buildings is an industry that continues to increase over the years. Therefore, new technologies focus on improving construction processes and therefore productivity. The construction of buildings is usually composed of mechanical construction processes, however, the stage that usually presents the greatest variability due to hidden defects is the stage of excavation and construction of anchored walls. Thus, it is presented as a very attractive option to be able to assemble the tower crane in the most initial possible stage of the work, this would greatly help all activities. The following research work was carried out with the objective of developing a proposal for the implementation of a cantilever-founded tower crane for the construction of multi-family buildings with the objective of improving productivity in the initial stage of construction. In this sense, the measurements and analysis of unit prices of the three main items were carried out, such as the formwork, the pouring of concrete and the placement of the steel of the anchored walls. However, the hauling of all the materials and equipment that are present in the aforementioned items is usually done manually or in some cases with the excavator that carries out the profiling and removal work, the latter is not so recommended since it is not safe. Therefore, programming was carried out based on the lookahead in each ring, eliminating project restrictions and working with two work fronts. That is, the first will be in charge of emptying the areas close to the axis of the street where the mixers and the telescopic pump will be parked, the second will be in charge of emptying the furthest areas with a concrete bucket, managing to optimize 14 business days. of the 4 and a half months that the execution of the initial stage lasts.
