The general objective was to implement strategies in the Management of the Human Factor to improve the delivery service of the products of the Union of Peruvian Breweries Backus and Johnston S.A.A. through the Transport Company 77 S.A. in the City of Ayacucho, with the purpose that the clients of the zones of Huanta, Quinua, Pacaycasa, Iguain, Huamanguilla, Luricocha and Pampacangallo receive an excellent attention, on the part of the delivery crew, when receiving the requested products in their respective locations. The methodological design was of a qualitative approach, of an research - action type, the population was made up of 41 employees, 33 clients and the Rate My Delivery survey provided by the company to collect information and verify the quality of care by the delivery crew members of the Ayacucho Distribution Center, with which it was possible to identify that they are impatient when interacting with the client, they are not friendly and they do not leave the boxes of beer in the place that the client requests. It is concluded that it was possible to propose strategies for the processes of recruitment and selection, induction, training, retention and performance evaluation, in order to improve the management of the human factor of the Unión de Cervecerías Peruanas Backus y Johnston S.A.A. through its subsidiary company Transportes 77 S.A., to manage the delivery staff of the Ayacucho Distribution Center. These strategies will contribute to improving the quality of customer service required to achieve objectives.
