AparClic is a mobile application that connects workers who use their car to move around the city daily with people who have parking spaces or spaces available and are willing to rent them. The application seeks to help drivers obtain safer, more formal and affordable parking in advance. It also seeks to encourage drivers to stop parking on the streets, either because they do not provide any type of security and because of the disorder caused on streets that are not specifically for parking. On the other hand, the application means additional income to those people who decide to provide this type of service, either by offering the parking of their own house or the basement of their apartment. In addition, people who have parking lots and lack management and formality processes, AparClic will be their alternative to facilitate the service, so they can associate with the application and offer the entire parking establishment. To validate the project, different hypotheses were proposed in order to verify that the solution responds to the problem. Therefore, various interviews were conducted with potential clients and specialists, from whom we obtained various comments to improve the present work. Finally, the sales projection for the first 3 years will be presented with the corresponding cash flows, which will provide information on the financial capacity of the company by displaying the income and expenses in detail. In addition to this, the financial indicators that will allow knowing the profitability of the business will be calculated.
