The purpose of this work was to analyze the influence of teleworking on the productivity of workers in the commercial area of the insurance sector in Lima, 2020, considering the great importance of measuring the productivity of workers in companies. This study found dimensions that can affect a worker not to meet his productivity when teleworking. First, the working hours became long as a beginning, but not an end, is marked throughout the day. Second, the physical space to work was not adequate or very quiet to be able to concentrate. Third, the mental health of the worker can be affected by the lack of interaction with other people and the stress of mixing professional and personal life. For the present investigation, a quantitative approach of applied type, explanatory scope and non-experimental and cross-sectional design was used. To collect data, a survey was carried out, which was sent to two recognized companies in the insurance sector to obtain a sample of 136 workers from the commercial area, these were Rímac Seguros and La Positiva Seguros. Concluding that, for employees in the commercial area, there is no influence of telework on productivity.
