The growing demand for home purchases in Peru requires that there be a greater supply in the construction sector. However, this is not satisfied, as many of the existing houses are out of reach of the population. Therefore, in the present work we seek to propose a methodological design of a Block Fast dry construction procedure as one more alternative to promote national construction development using precast concrete elements. Likewise, it is intended through this technique to reduce the use of resources, costs, and labor, proposing a fast, safe, reusable construction system that complies with Peruvian regulations, thus optimizing productivity in projects that are executed under this methodology. Subsequently, it is sought through reliable results to demonstrate the increase in productivity compared to the predominant conventional construction methods in the study area. The results show that the productivity obtained for Block Fast was 2.8125 m2/(h-h)compared to the confined masonry with 0.788 m2/(h-h) and the reinforced masonry 0.563 m2/(h-h) ,demonstrating a broad superiority in terms of productivity. In addition to this, the proposed methodological design consists of 20 activities that are shown in a flow diagram that address: preliminary works, foundations, construction with Block Fast masonry, IIEE, IISS and architectural finishes. Likewise, for management in the quality area, a protocol for the concrete block control procedure was developed. Finally, with the acceptance through the expert judgment of the technique, it is possible to rescue good practices and enhance the technique.
