The aim of this investigation is to determine the relation between psychological well-being and resilience in a sample of 122 hatha yoga practitioners with ages between 19 and 60 years (M = 34). For this, the psychological well-being scale for adults elaborated by Casullo (2002) and validated by Dominguez (2014) and the Peruvian validation of the resilience scale by Wagnild y Young (Castilla, Coronel, Bonilla, Mendoza & Barboza, 2016) were used. After the analysis, a positive correlation was found between resilience and the dimensions of Acceptance of one self/Control of the situation (rho = .294, p< .01) and Autonomy (rho = .298, p< .01); as well as it was found that those dimensions, in addition to Links, could be predictors of R. Found results could be connected with yoga practice characteristics and what it generates to the practitioners.
