At the date of this Research, the situation of multidimensional crisis in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has been going worst day by day, without giving any signs of a prompt solution. This situation is causing a true exodus of the Venezuelan population, which seeks in countries like Peru, a chance of survival, resulting in an unprecedented immigration in our country. Given the new needs that this demographic event presents, the Peruvian Government has been proposing various solutions, not only through the National Superintendence of Migration, but also, through intersectoral decisions that should be proper to a public policy and its standard planning and instruments. In this regard, through a social investigation applied to the analysis of the specific activities of the different public entities, this Research intends to find if these actions against Venezuelan migration can be configured public policies, how they were designed and what are the instruments that should be applied. It is concluded that, although the Peruvian State has faced immigration caused by the Venezuelan exodus as a true public problem, especially with a humanitarian point of view, the policies used have not been articulated, making it necessary to make coordination actions at an intersectoral level.
