The objective of this research work was to describe the production process of the Alpafina handmade textile manufacturing factory in the District of Sicuani - Cusco - 2019. Describing each dimension of the production process as inputs (input), transformation process and outputs (output). The type of research is basic with a quantitative approach, nonexperimental design and descriptive scope, for which 30 surveys were applied to the workers of the Alpafina factory, as an instrument the questionnaire was used and the results were processed by the statistical software Excel and Spss and for the consistency of the instrument used in the description of the production process the statistical technique “Cronbach's Alpha Internal Consistency Index” was applied. The research results show that with a percentage of 93.3% of respondents, they show that the Alpafina textile manufacturing factory has a regular production process; and obtained an average value of 2.73 which indicates that it is regular; the following is concluded with the dimensions; that in the link of inputs (input) a value of 3.20 was obtained, whose qualification is also considered as regular, transformation process with an average value of 3.01, whose qualification is considered as regular, outputs (outputs) with an average value of 2.00 considered as bad.
