The present study was carried out in the research laboratory of the Department of Health Sciences of the Universidad Andina del Cusco in order to determine if the bioreparation system maintains the resistance of fissured concrete structures using bacteria. The research data was ere obtained through the design of protocols in both the biological and engineering parts. The methodological process for obtaining data regarding the concrete included tests of resistance to abrasion, grain size, moisture content, unit weight, specific weight, mixing design, slump and compressive strength. The protocols were followed for a blend design with f'c = 210 kg / cm2 It was concluded that by the application of bioreparator solution A and B into the fissured samples the bioreparated concrete maintains its compressive strength, this proportionally according to the volume (mL) of applied solution, type of solution (solution A and B, in the composition of solution “B“ calcium nitrate or calcium lactate), the amount of times applied with solution A and B into the samples of fissured concrete.
