Dental malocclusions are one of the most prevalent dysfunctions, and as such we have the necessity to establish the rate of prevalence with the objective of determining levels of prevalence in said dysfunction in an education institution setting of the Cusco Region. Thus in an observational setting, 209 students representing both genders, aged 12 to 18 years, were evaluated. The most frequent result was 62.2% which calculated Class I. Class III followed Class II as the second most frequent result at: That the prevalent of Maloclusiones is of 93,30%, 62,2% of the sample presented Maloclusion Class I, followed of 23,4% that corresponds to the Class III and the Class II with 7,7%. Of the prevalent of the anatomical variants with alteration the values more resaltantes were : The apiñamiento inferior with 62,2% gone on down the apiñamiento dental upper with 53,1% and the Over Jet with 50,0%. The present work determined the high prevalent of Maloclusiones in the sample studied.
