Abstract: Este proyecto de investigación titulado “PERCEPCIÓN DE LOS TURISTAS SOBRE LOS
SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS DEL PARQUE ARQUEOLÓGICO DE PIKILLACTA” asume
el objetivo principal Determinar la percepción de los turistas sobre los servicios turísticos
del Parque Arqueológico de Pikillacta 2018
Metodología: Este proyecto de investigación es del tipo descriptivo, ostenta un diseño no
experimental, al no presentar manipulación de variables, lo que quiere decir que no se
realizaron cambios de manera intencional en las variables, de corte transversal. La población
en estudio, se encuentra compuesta por 80,607 turistas que turistas que concibieron su visita
durante el año 2018, población que posee como muestra a 101 turistas, y como método de
recolección de datos se aplicaron las respectivas encuestas.
Resultados: La mayoría de los turistas el 76.2% visitó el Parque Arqueológico de Pikillacta
por que se encontraba dentro del boleto turístico, el 23.8% visitó de modo personal y ninguno
fue por recomendación de algún familiar o familiar, se puede observar que la generalidad de
turistas (52.5%) manifiesta que el Parque Arqueológico de Pikillacta no tiene un área de
descanso, mientras que el 47.5% considera que si hay espacios de descanso sin embargo es
necesario mejorarlo considerando áreas con techo por las lluvias presentes en la zona, el
61.4% de los turistas opina que el recorrido en el Parque Arqueológico de Pikillacta es
regularmente fácil, para el 33.7% es difícil y solo el 5% opina que es fácil recorrido, cabe
recalcar que el porcentaje mayor se le dificulta el recorrido ya que no se pueden ubicar bien.
Conclusiones: Los datos obtenidos en este proyecto de investigación acerca de la percepción
del servicio turísticos en el Parque Arqueológico de Pikillacta, que es inferior puesto que en
la infraestructura que se ofrece al turista en el Parque es pésima y se ve corroborada por las
expresiones de los turistas, sobre la accesibilidad se tienen pocas o ninguna rampa para facilitar la movilización de personas discapacitadas, sobre la señalización se tienen mínimas
y son calificadas como insuficientes y por último la empatía de los trabajadores es carente
ya que los turistas comentan que no hay profesionalismo en el trabajo que brindan las
personas destacas para el trabajo de cuidar el Parque Arqueológico de Pikillacta.
