The present study was realized in district of Yarinacocha, province of Cayería, department of Ucayali between 2007-2010, participated the producers of camu camu (Ucayali) and the retainers of popular dining rooms (Lima), the parameters were an evolution of the price in farm, awaited profitabilities, offered and demanded quantities. The intention was to evaluate a system of commercialization of the camu camu from Ucayali to Lima as a business option of agronegocios with the introduction of the camu camu in the food habits of the involved retainers, it was necessary to analyze if acceptance of the product camu camu as a drink, then the potential demand was determined in the selected dining rooms, the potential offer of camu camu was calculated and finally in the said commercialization, the profitability was analyzed for the producers and for the involved dining rooms. The present study justified itself because it possesses practical usefulness, social relevancy for the economic and social benefits that it generates. The study is sustained in the theory of the commercialization and food safety. The work is of exploratory and explanatory type with an exhaustive fieldwork. Interviews and survers were applied first to a focus group of 10 retainers and finally to a sample size of 65 fitted statistically. The confidence level was 95 % the estimation error of 5 %. The conclusions were the acceptance of the product camu camu for the population in study, the obtained demand is equivalent to approximately 4% of the total produced by the producers. The income for the producers ranges from about 18 664 nuevos soles annually and economic usefulness from 15 218 nuevos soles annually. The usefulness for a resentative dining room that adopts the product camu camu ranges from 54 112 nuevos soles annually
