The population under study is made up of 170 mothers of children between 9 and 13 years old selected through simple probabilistic sampling. To collect the information, the survey was used as a technique using two valid and reliable instruments that measure the level of knowledge and attitude towards the HPV vaccine. Results: for the statistical analysis, the SPSS v 29 statistical package will be used, the univariate analysis of the quantitative variables will be with measures of central tendency and dispersion, in the qualitative variables simple frequencies, the data will be presented in tables and graphs. Conclusions: the information collected will serve as a basis to reorient educational strategies on the HPV vaccine to improve vaccination coverage in the C.S. Medalla Milagrosa
