The research focuses on addressing the high cost of storage, which represents 32.65% of the total. This problem originates from the lack of clearly defined processes, as well as the lack of software to manage and connect these processes. Likewise, due to the stowage costs of S/ 335,173.30 due to the outsourcing of stowage by 33.33%, the stock breakage that represents a loss of S/ 110,400.00 caused by the lack of a storage procedure. efficient purchasing, old inventory of 11.51% due to inadequate distribution in the warehouse, lack of order and cleanliness due to lack of implementation of Good Storage Practices by 62.85%, and insufficient staff training. To address these challenges, concrete solutions have been proposed, such as the implementation of characterization sheets for the Piladora's logistics processes, the acquisition of data management and connectivity software, the purchase of mobile counterweight equipment, the application of an inventory management model and warehouse redesign. The implementation of these measures has resulted in a reduction in storage costs by 13.48%. In terms of economic evaluation, these improvements have generated a profit of S/ 0.58 cents for every S/ 1.00 invested.
